Why Kung Fu To’a?

Kung Fu To’a is for everyone. The Persian Martial Art practiced for over half century is actually a mix of Yoga and Martial Arts. Even if you don’t have any intention of becoming the next Bruce Lee, at least you will become more flexible, learn to breathe and develop proper posture. The goal is to make you stronger, both mentally and physically. You will also learn to act, not react. You will learn to adapt and to develop your natural watchfulness, without being tense (just watchful) – just to list some of the benefits of the practice. Let’s train together!
